Renault India has dropped the first teaser of the Kiger facelift ahead of the compact SUV's launch on August 24. After the recently introduced Triber facelift, the new Kiger will be the second model in Renault’s Rethink brand transformation plan. Exterior and interior refreshes are most likely, while the powertrains may be carried over.

According to the Kiger teaser, one can spot three key features: a new green colour paint, fresh graphics on the B pillar, and a smoked-out reverse light section. Previously spied test mules showed minor design changes; sheet metal changes are unlikely. Kiger’s alloy wheel size appeared to be similar, though they were wrapped in heavy camo.
All-new fog lamps, as well as refreshed bumpers, may be added. The upcoming Kiger will also don the brand’s new diamond logo, something that was earlier confirmed to us by Francisco Marques, VP, Marketing and Sales, Renault India.
