Tesla has revised the price of the Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variant, now starting at Rs 50.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tesla Model Y Premium RWD variant offers a WLTP-certified range of up to 500km, and customer deliveries will start in July 2026. Moreover, the American brand has discontinued the Long Range Premium RWD variant of the Model Y, which was priced at Rs 67.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
This leaves two variants of the Model Y on sale in India, with the other option being the recently launched L Premium AWD variant. The 2026 Tesla Model Y Premium RWD can accelerate from 0-100kph in a claimed 5.9 seconds. The EV comes with a 16-inch touchscreen, and is offered with an All-Black or a Zen Grey interior theme.
